The Truth: My first reaction when I heard about this new product from ModelCo was that it seemed like a bad idea – why would I want to play around with fluffy particles so close to my eyes? We’ve all had the annoying experience of having to get rid of an eyelash or other foreign body irritating our eyeball, so this just seems like asking for trouble.
The way you apply this is by putting on one layer of mascara, then one layer of nylon fibres and finally one more of mascara. Throughout the whole process fluff flies all over the place and only a very little amount seems to want to stick to the actual eyelashes. This would almost be acceptable if the result was any good, but sadly, that’s not the case – the pay off is not even any good. There are many mascaras out there that are much better at creating volume, so I don’t see any reason to bother with this product. And it certainly does not justify its £35 price tag. 0/5
